Physical investment is investing in your body. As the famous phrase goes there is no strong mind without a strong body. I have always find that I am more alert and have more energy when I have exercised. It can take any form whether it is playing a sport, going to the gym or simply going for long walks listening to a good podcast. Also physical investment also requires thinking about what we put in our mouth, so it is vital that we eat healthy as well.
